Our recent stay at the W Hong Kong was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome that set the tone for our entire visit. The attention to detail and the exceptional service we received made our stay truly unforgettable. Special shout out to Alex and Anson, whose hospitality and kindness exceeded all our expectations. Their thoughtful gestures (we only ask where the nearest store to buy a sim card, instead they provide us with two!) and personalized welcome (a nice bottle of wine) made us feel incredibly special. The surprise gift they arranged for us was a delightful touch, adding an extra layer of luxury and comfort to our stay. The hotel itself is a haven of elegance and modernity, with beautifully designed rooms that offer breathtaking views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, and every aspect of the hotel radiated sophistication and style. The breakfast experience was equally impressive, with a variety of delectable options that catered to every palate. Throughout our stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine care and professionalism were evident in every interaction!

(+)The hotel and the rooms appear to be of very high quality - the view from the hotel room was great. (+)The hotel has the highest pool in Hong Kong and the view is impressive. (+)The hotel is located directly next to/above a shopping center. In the evening there are numerous shopping and dining options available. (+)In addition, the hotel is located right next to the train station to the airport. It takes just under 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel.

(1) Excellent location for these reasons : (i) Direct link to the airport via the Airport Express (W is located at Kowloon Station and once at this station, exit is connected to the hotel); (ii) connected to the Bullet Trains to China via the mall; (iii) easy access to Tsim Sha Tsui (walking distance and also, for those who can't walk much, you can easily reach TST or the Star Ferry via Austin MTR station); (iv) that W Hotel is located within a mall which has restaurants, food outlets and a supermarket - super convenient!! (2) Wonderful experience right from the start where I was warmly greeted at each stage from the main entrance to the Check-in team. Special mention goes to the wonder staff named "Best" who is from Thailand. He took time to ensure I was check-in smoothly and personally showed me to the room. This means a lot to a guest and I did not feel like part of factory assembly team where at each stage, I was served or attended to by many different staff.
